  DO NOT GO !! My car went in for some repairs for some parts. Got a call in the afternoon saying that my car could not start. They then said both the fuel pump and the battery both failed and needs replacement. The thing is my fuel pump worked for the last 10 years, and my battery last 2 years and they started my car smoothly every time. I just can't believe that they both decided to fail while they were at the service centre. I had no option but the fix both the fuel pump and the battery because otherwise my car could not be started, I could not drive my car and had to have it towed. This is a very dishonest business and they will rip you off big time !!! Don't make my mistake leaving your car key with them !!

  Went and had the pleasure of a test drive with a young salesman, who was extremely knowledgeable, polite, even offering a simple glass of water. I had many questions that I thought were out of the ordinary and he was able to answer all of the questions and even going above and beyond to give us a full print out of service costs. The salesman clearly has a great interest and passion for what he does. Afterwards we went to test drive other brand of vehicles and received such a contrast in service down the road. As a result my partner has now made purchase with the young salesman.

  Purchase of new car was fine but service department really let them down. Also wonder why they send out a survey as to satisfaction when there is absolutely no acknowledgement or follow up when experience is negative. Although this is my second Honda I will seriously reconsider my choice next time.
